When booking Consultation appointment make sure that if you cancel for any reason that you give 24 hour notice before doing so, my time as well as yours I'm sure is valuable. For those who are scheduling appointments for Coaching Sessions, also give 24 hour notice, any no shows will be charged 50 dollars.
